Responsible production and environmental consideration
At Sargo, responsibility is not something we add on – it is something we build in from the very beginning. Our chargers are 100% developed and produced in Denmark, with a focus on long service life, minimal waste, and maximum reuse of selected materials. This is our contribution to a more sustainable future within E-Mobility.
Durable design – built with the future in mind
We develop charging solutions designed to last. With minimal maintenance requirements and backward compatibility, our products can be updated and repaired rather than replaced. When a charger or charging station reaches the end of its service life, components are reused as spare parts or sorted correctly for recycling.
We were among the first to launch a Danish-produced charger – and we remain one of the few who develop, test, and assemble the complete solution in Denmark. This reduces unnecessary transport and lowers our climate footprint.
Local production also gives us full control over quality, safety, and working conditions. Everything is produced according to Danish standards – by people working under fair and responsible conditions.

Waste is a resource – when handled correctly
Together with Waste Group, we actively work with waste sorting and recycling. In 2024, 89% of our waste was recycled – and our target is even higher for 2025. We have introduced clear labelling and dedicated systems to ensure that valuable materials are not lost.
We sort, reuse, and think circularly – not because we have to, but because it makes sense.

High-quality materials with long service life
In our production, we use carefully selected, high-quality materials to maximise product lifetime – contributing to a positive environmental impact.
Modular design for future flexibility
Our chargers are modular by design, increasing flexibility and scalability. This makes them easy to maintain and upgrade, while remaining cost-effective and environmentally responsible.
Compliance with Danish standards
We produce in accordance with Danish regulations and standards – covering environmental requirements, materials, and working conditions.
Produced in Denmark
Our charging solutions are 100% Danish-produced. This means shorter transport distances, a lower CO₂ footprint, and full transparency throughout the entire process.

Refurbishment
In collaboration with a major partner, more than 11.000 chargers have passed through our hands. Each unit has been tested, inspected, cleaned where possible, and repackaged with a new accessory kit – giving it a new life.
This has saved thousands of units from being scrapped and given them renewed use with EV drivers across the country..
